Terms of Service

RCKN provides AI-assisted inbox management, client extraction, draft generation, and related workflow tools for CPA firms and accounting professionals. Features may change over time; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login credentials across multiple users — each user must have their own account.

Workspace owners are responsible for managing workspace members and ensuring those members comply with these Terms.

You retain full ownership of your email content and client data. By using RCKN, you grant LVNG a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service — not to share it, sell it, or train models with it.

You represent that you have the right to connect any email account you authorise RCKN to access, and that doing so does not violate obligations to your email provider or your clients.

You agree not to:

• Use RCKN to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Attempt to access another workspace's data or circumvent access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exfiltrate RCKN infrastructure.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law, including applicable data protection laws.

Paid plans are billed monthly per seat in advance. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; your access continues through the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may suspend access for non-payment after a 14-day grace period following a failed charge.

RCKN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated drafts and extracted data may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing all content before sending it to clients. RCKN is not a substitute for professional legal or accounting judgement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVNG's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of RCKN is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. LVNG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email and in-app banner at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
