How do I get access?
RCKN is invite-only while we onboard firms one at a time. Request early access with your work email and we’ll reach out to get you set up — we approve requests by hand, so there’s no automated signup yet.
Does RCKN change my inbox?
No. RCKN connects with read-only OAuth and layers intelligence on top of Gmail or Outlook. You keep working in the inbox you already use — drafts are yours to review and send, with one-click undo.
Is our client data used to train models?
Never. Email content is processed to build your private knowledge graph and is not used to train any model. Each firm gets an isolated Neo4j tenancy and row-level data isolation.
How fast is setup?
About five minutes. Connect a mailbox, RCKN begins indexing in the background, and your knowledge graph fills in as it syncs every five minutes.
Can the whole firm use it?
Yes. Workspaces are multi-tenant with members and roles, and Professional includes unlimited mailbox connections per seat so each partner can connect every inbox they work from.
What if we need to delete everything?
Right-to-forget is built in. A single API call cascades a full delete of a workspace’s data across Postgres and the knowledge graph.
