The inbox that keeps the context.
Connect Gmail or Outlook and RCKN syncs your mailbox, building a living second brain of the people, deadlines and documents buried in your threads — then drafts replies that already know the history, with numbers and dates highlighted for your review. For accountants, founders, agencies and anyone whose real work lives in the inbox.
RCKN reads each email, connects what matters into a living knowledge graph, and drafts a reply with key numbers ready for your confirmation.
Your firm's real database is 40,000 emails no one can query.
Every deadline, every prior answer, every document lives in someone's inbox. When a client writes in, the context is scattered across months of threads — so partners re-read, re-search, and re-type the same answers all season long.
RCKN turns that pile into structured, queryable memory — and puts it one keystroke from the reply box.
A reply that already did the homework.
Open a thread and Solo, your copilot, drafts the response — pulling the client's history, the relevant figures and your firm's tone, then requiring you to confirm detected numbers and dates before it can send.

Connected to drafting in three steps.
Connect
Connect Gmail or Outlook through the provider consent screen. RCKN requests mail permissions for syncing and the actions you choose.
Understand
RCKN extracts clients, threads, deadlines and documents into a private knowledge graph that refreshes as connected mailboxes sync.
Draft
Open a thread and get a reply that uses its history and your tone, with detected numbers and dates held for your confirmation.
Not another inbox. An intelligence layer over the one you have.
A living knowledge graph
Clients, people, threads, topics, deadlines and documents are extracted from email and connected automatically. Click any node to see everything related — no folders, no manual tagging.
Drafts that remember
Drafts use the relevant thread and client context retrieved for the request, with tone guidance from your workspace.
Numbers checked first
A review gate highlights detected amounts and dates and requires your confirmation before a draft can be sent.
Digital twins
Consult multiple expert advisors on a tricky reply, or capture a partner's voice so the firm sounds like itself.
Private by construction
Postgres and knowledge-graph records are scoped by workspace, with privacy rules at ingest and retrieval. Right-to-forget runs as one operation.
AI that won't let you skip reviewing the numbers.
In tax and accounting, a single transposed figure is a real problem. Before a draft can be sent, RCKN detects amounts and dates, highlights them in context, and requires a human confirmation for each. This is a deliberate review gate, not independent source attestation.

Questions firms ask first.
How do I get access?
RCKN is invite-only while we onboard firms. Submit a work email and our team will review the request manually; there is no automatic public signup yet.
Does RCKN change my inbox?
RCKN requests provider permissions to sync mail and to perform actions such as sending, archiving, labeling, or scheduling. Mailbox-changing actions happen only after you choose them in the product, and generated drafts remain available for your review.
Is our email used to train models?
RCKN does not use your email content to train its own models. When an AI feature runs, the context needed for that request may be sent to configured model providers under their applicable service terms.
How long does setup take?
There is no fixed setup or indexing time. After you connect a supported mailbox, indexing runs in the background; completion depends on mailbox size, provider limits, and service availability.
Can the whole firm use it?
RCKN supports workspaces, members, and roles. The number of users and connected mailboxes available to a firm depends on its approved plan and provider constraints.
Can we delete a workspace and its data?
The workspace deletion operation covers supported Postgres records, uploaded draft files, OAuth connections, and workspace-tagged graph data. It reports partial outcomes so failed stores can be retried; completion time depends on the affected systems.
