Clear answers before you connect.
What RCKN does, what it cannot promise, and which choices stay with you. For implementation-specific security details, read the Security page.
Getting started
How do I get access?
RCKN is invite-only while we onboard firms. Submit a work email and our team will review the request manually; there is no automatic public signup yet.
Does RCKN change my inbox?
RCKN requests provider permissions to sync mail and to perform actions such as sending, archiving, labeling, or scheduling. Mailbox-changing actions happen only after you choose them in the product, and generated drafts remain available for your review.
Which email providers can I connect?
The current connection flow supports Gmail and Microsoft Outlook accounts. Available permissions and features can differ by provider and administrator policy.
How long does setup take?
There is no fixed setup or indexing time. After you connect a supported mailbox, indexing runs in the background; completion depends on mailbox size, provider limits, and service availability.
Using RCKN
How should I review AI drafts and extracted details?
No. Generated drafts and extracted people, dates, amounts, deadlines, and documents can be incomplete or wrong. RCKN highlights important details for review, but you remain responsible for checking content before acting or sending.
Can the whole firm use it?
RCKN supports workspaces, members, and roles. The number of users and connected mailboxes available to a firm depends on its approved plan and provider constraints.
Data and security
Is our email used to train models?
RCKN does not use your email content to train its own models. When an AI feature runs, the context needed for that request may be sent to configured model providers under their applicable service terms.
How is workspace data separated?
Application and graph records are tagged and queried by workspace. Row-level controls protect supported Postgres access paths, and authenticated APIs check workspace membership. See the Security page for the current controls and limitations.
What happens when I disconnect a mailbox?
Disconnecting stops future mailbox polling and removes the stored connection from RCKN. You can also revoke the provider grant from your Google or Microsoft account. Disconnecting is separate from deleting data that was already indexed.
Can we delete a workspace and its data?
The workspace deletion operation covers supported Postgres records, uploaded draft files, OAuth connections, and workspace-tagged graph data. It reports partial outcomes so failed stores can be retried; completion time depends on the affected systems.
How do I report a security concern?
Email security@lvng.ai with a clear description and reproduction details. Please do not include live client data, mailbox credentials, or access tokens.
Plans and billing
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one user with a RCKN login. The pricing page shows early-access plan targets; final billing terms are confirmed when a firm is approved.
Can I connect multiple inboxes per seat?
Multi-mailbox access is planned for Professional and Enterprise. Exact connection limits are confirmed during onboarding and can also be constrained by provider or administrator policy.
How does the trial work?
Approved early-access firms can begin with a 14-day trial without a credit card. Confirm the trial start, included features, and plan terms with our team during onboarding.
Still deciding?
Ask about your provider, data requirements, or early-access terms before connecting a mailbox.
